Royal Caspian Premium Beluga offers the finest in caviar.  We sell both (Royal 000) Beluga and Reserve Beluga (Special Selection).  The creamy texture and mild buttery flavor is a prized trait among Beluga caviars and does not dissapoint with either of these exclusive selections.

 

Because of its immense size, the Beluga caviar has the biggest eggs, which are the most highly prized for their large grain and fine skin. The egg color varies from light grey to nearly black. The lightest grey is the most highly appreciated, although the taste, described by experts as “a faint flavour of the sea”, should not be affected by the egg color.

 

Our selections are most finest, most exclusive caviar on the market, and is the ultimate luxury in gourmet food.

 

Classified by the fisheries as ‘000’, that it is the best on all three counts, which are roe size, colour, and texture. With a very fine and creamy smooth taste.
 

SELECTION PROCESS

Royal Caspian Premium Beluga selects only environmentally sustainable Caviar from the most praised sturgeon species in the world. 

 

Supervising the entire course of the fish life cycle, from the very beginning until maturity.  We ensure a clean culture environment, without any risk of secondary undesired tastes of the fish or the eggs.  Mildly salted, for the finest palettes' our pure caviar salted or Malossol (Russian term for “little salt” – under 3.7 % salt)

 

 

TRADITIONAL PACKAGING

Royal Caspain Premium Beluga cavair is packed immediately after preparation.  This traditional packing allows the caviar to mature in a natural manner and ensures the extrodinary taste and maintains the highest level of fresh caviar on the market. 

 

The breeding process, as well as the treatment and the preparation of the fish, is carried out by our Persian great masters of caviar, who have a lifelong experience in the traditional preparation of the very best caviar.
