Daryn (Deej) Juventin

 

Deej has a passion for supporting people of all genders and sexualities to learn more about their bodies, sex and sexuality, work through sexual issues and concerns, and in developing erotic mindfulness.

 

Deej has helped pioneer somatic sex education training in Australia, founding Sex Coaching and Therapy in Brisbane, and heading the faculty for the Certificate in Sexological Bodywork and Certificate in Somatic Sex Education professional trainings. He is the president of the Somatic Sex Educators’ Association of Australasia.

 

He trained as a Sacred Intimate at Wildwood in California, and as a Certified Sexological Bodyworker at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco, interning with Joseph Kramer and Ellen Heed at the first Australian sexological bodywork training. Deej has over 20 years experience in adult education, teacher training, counselling and bodywork. He is currently working towards a PhD in somatic and spiritual psychology.

 

Deej is available for work with individuals and couples, for group trainings, and offers professional supervision to somatic sex educators and other health care professionals.
