Dr. Amy Marsh
Amy Marsh, EdD, DHS, ACS, CH, CI is a board certified clinical sexologist, AASECT certified sex counselor, certified hypnotist, and hypnosis instructor. She holds Doctor of Education (EdD) and Doctor of Human Sexuality (DHS) degrees from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality.
She is the founder of the Intimate Hypnosis Training Center. As an associate professor she teaches the 300-hour, Intimate Hypnosis – Sexological Hypnosis Skills certificate course through IASHS.
Dr. Marsh is published in the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality, Carnal Nation, Jezebel, and other blogs. Her essay, “Kid Chrysalis,” was included in Rachel Pepper’s anthology, Transitions of the Heart – Stories of Love, Struggle and Acceptance by Mothers of Transgender and Gender Variant Children (2012).
She has appeared on Good Morning America, The Tyra Banks Show, National Geographic Taboo, and hosts the Ask Dr. Amy show on the Romance Broadcasting Network.
Dr. Marsh has a private sexology and hypnotism practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
